Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items such as innerwear, customized products, and clearance sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We allow exchanges for size or product defects, subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending the product back.
